If properly cared for, our blooms should remain fresh for a minimum of 5 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to the flower care tips provided with your order to help maintain their freshness and enjoy their beauty for as long as possible.
Damaged-on-Arrival Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care in packaging your flowers, we recognise that occasionally items may be damaged during transit. If your flowers arrive wilted, crushed, or otherwise damaged, please let us know as soon as possible on the day of receipt. We may request a photo of the arrangement and its packaging to help us understand the issue and process your claim smoothly.
Refunds and Replacement Options
Should your flowers not meet our freshness guarantee or if they are damaged on arrival, you are entitled to either a replacement bouquet or a full refund. This includes issues relating to flowers not living up to our minimum 5-day freshness window, as long as you have followed the care instructions provided. To receive a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Once your claim is verified, you may choose:
- Replacement: We will arrange for a new, fresh arrangement to be delivered to you at the earliest possible convenience, at no extra cost.
- Refund: If preferred, we can issue a full refund via your original payment method.
